Slimming World Curry Loaf Recipe.

Anyone can make this simple recipe. I was told about it in my Slimming World Group a few weeks ago but it took me a while to find one ingredient. However, I found it and I couldn't wait to bake it.

I know what youre thinking, it doesn't look very tasty does it? That is what I thought when I took it out from the oven. I wanted to try it whilst it was still warm so I took bite - and my god it was actually quite nice! Not as nice as I was hoping. As the reason I made this loaf is because I wanted something to snack on but I think its something I will do once in a while. However, saying that, My partner loves it and said it takes like Onion Bhaji's, which is true actually!

Time Preparation: 20-30 minutes.
Cooking Time: 40-45 minutes.

Things You Need:
Loaf Tin.

Ingredients:
- One onion.
- Batchelors 'Mild Curry' rice. (You can choose the savoury rice too if you don't want it too spicy)
- Chick Pea Dhal.
- 3 Eggs.

Method:
1. Cook the rice as normal. (follow instructions on packet.)
2. Pre-heat over at 180.
3. Cut onion into small slices and fry then with Fry Light.
4. Leave rice to cool down.
5. Once rice is cooled down, Mix the beaten eggs, chick pea dhal, fried onions and rice together.
6. Cook for 40-45 minutes.

Other Ideas:
You could also do these as little balls or maybe even cupcakes!
You could also try other ideas, how about a boiled egg in the middle?!
