Meal Planning Wednesdays


If I'm honest I haven't been 100% on my Slimming World plan at all. I've been pretty much awful in fact. I've been eating so much junk some days I feel horrible and fat at the end of the day. I honestly got no idea why I am eating so much and I haven't a clue to why I am eating so much junk and not being able to stop snacking.

So this is why I thought I would start this weekly post 'Meal Planning Wednesdays' hoping it will help me stick to plan and be more organised with my meals. I have done it on a Wednesday because that is when I get weighed with Slimming World. I won't be going to weight tonight because I know I will gain and I think that will just give me a knock back which is something I really don't need so I am going to have a fresh new week and start straight back to basics.


I really want to get back into how I was before. The most I have lost in total is 3 and a half stone but now I am back down to only a loss of 2 stone 3lbs which is a huge disappointment for me. It just proves you can gain weight so quickly! I am putting a target for myself and hoping to get back to my 3 and a half stone by mid-June! I really hope I can stick to it and not fall off the wagon again like I have done the past few weeks.

MY DAILY MEAL PLAN

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast - Fruit & Yoghurt
Lunch - Veg & Rice
Tea - Thai Salmon, Veg & Rice.

THURSDAY
Breakfast - Fruit & Yoghurt & Hi-Fi Bar with a cup of tea.
Lunch - Slimming World Friendly Fry up.
Tea - Swede, Carrots, Veg and SW Syn Free Sausages.

FRIDAY
Breakfast - Overnight Oats.
Lunch - Eggs & Tomatoes.
Tea - Chicken, Noodles, Mushrooms, Onions, Mayo & Sweet Chilli Sauce.

SATURDAY
Breakfast - Fruit & Yoghurt.
Lunch - Rice, mushrooms and onions with sweetcorn & mayo.
Tea - Slimming World Chips, and SW Big Mac with lettuce base.

SUNDAY
Breakfast - Fruit & yoghurt.
Lunch -  Pasta, Tuna, Onion and Mayo.
Tea - Swede and carrots with veg and SW sausages.

MONDAY
Breakfast - Fruit and yoghurt & oats.
Lunch -  Cheese, cucumber and sweet chilli dips.
Tea - SW Big Mac.

TUESDAY
Breakfast - Fruit and yoghurt.
Lunch -  Pasta, onion, tuna, mayo.
Tea - Slimming World Friendly Fry up.

So this is the meal plan that I hope to stick too. Maybe I will swap some days but I will stick those meals for the week. I just need to think positive and do it. I will snack on healthier things too such as fruit and if I feel really picky then I will pick very low-syn things or syn-free things.

TIPS & ADVICE

# Change your sugar to sweetener.
Sweetener is free on Slimming World.

# Use Fry light instead of oil.
Fry Light is free on SW and oil is very high-synned.
