WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY | WEEK 3.


It's that time of week again! I will be honest, I haven't done fantastically well but I am slowly getting there. I am starting to think if I should leave Slimming World and just do I on my own at home but then I think I will just put all the weight on, which I have already lost. So I am not sure what to do yet. I think I just need my mind to get in it then I will be fine.

I have been moving around much more this week and walking a lot faster too. I've tried something different this week. Instead of having a meal at lunch time, I am making my own homemade smoothies and I am really enjoying it. I am not expecting a big loss because I have been picking in between for about 2 or 3 days so I need to stop doing that.

Started; Size 20/22 tops and trousers.
Current; Size 16 in tops and in some trousers, depends where i shop.
 
As you can see I have gained inches this week, which I am not happy about! I am not sure how I have lost so much inches in my waist? I will just see what happens next week. I think it may be a mistake?
 
LAST WEEKS GOALS
 # Eat more speed foods.
# Walk more.
# Drink more.
# Eat no chocolate at all. ✗
# Stop giving into the wrong foods. ✗
# Stop snacking leftovers, all together. ✗
# No eating after 9pm. ✗
# Try SP Place for 2-3 days. ✗
# Loose a pound. ✗
 
I am hopeless for sticking at my goals. I really need to start properly. We have had late nights and that is why a few nights we have been having tea past 9pm. I haven't attempted to even try SP either, I should really.

  1. Wow. I just went back and looked at your old posts. You're doing really well. I know what it's like to hit a slump, give up and try to do it on your own. It didn't work for me. I just gained a bunch back. My consultant gave me a 'for and against' list this week, because I'm having trouble staying motivated. The point of it is to focus on why you really want to lose the weight and what's getting in your way. Maybe do something like that to see if it helps? Good luck!

    Maybe your setting yourself too many goals a week though could be why your struggling to meet them all

  8. I'm really losing my willpower at the minute and end up having 1 or 2 really bad days every week then feel guilty afterward! I really do need to get my head back in the game. You're still doing brilliantly though x #slimmingworldsunday
