37 Weeks Pregnancy Update

- How am I feeling? -
I have been feeling very different this week. I did a walk to school and back this week and comparing it from last week it was huge difference. This week I am feeling really heavy and pretty tired too. I am still trying to get things done before the baby comes but finding it quite difficult when I just have no energy at all and struggling to bend down and move around so much.

- Hospital Visits -
I am still having my weekly bloods and twice weekly monitoring. All monitoring and bloods are good up to now, thankfully. I did have a consultant appointment but I'd rather not go into it as she was a c*w if I am honest. I felt like I couldn't get a word or my thoughts into the conversation.

- When Is Baby Due? -
Baby is due 25th of July but let's just say he will be here sooner than that. It's a secret!

- Obstetric Cholestasis -
My blood levels are in normal range now which I am so pleased about! But I am still itching and I don't think that will go until baby arrives which is quite annoying but I'm getting used to it.

- Baby Boy -
He is moving a lot this week. His movements are just getting stronger and stronger by the day.

- Ready? -
I think we are! Everything is built such as his snuzpod crib, Poco baby hammock but we just need to build the nomi highchair before he comes. His Kiddy UK Evolution Pro 2 carseat is out of the box alongside baby's hospital bag and my hospital bag.

- Sleeping -
I sleep without covers and I sleep without my theraline pillow now too. It can get uncomfortable now and then but I am getting to sleep quicker but waking up more than once during the night.

- Any Signs yet?
I have been getting a lot of tightenings, going to toilet {sorry tmi} and feeling really heavy. But otherwise, I don't think so.

- Symptoms -
Braxton hicks
Very uncomfortable
Restless legs

Backache

  1. I hear ya with the tiredness. I feel rather lazy some days, very aware of what needs doing but just too heavy and wrecked to do it - I think baby has dropped some too as bending is suddenly super hard now.
Hope he doesn't make you wait too long x

  7. So exciting but it must be awful when you're so uncomfortable and tired. 25th July isn't too far away and if you know he's coming earlier it must be nice to have a finish line in sight! Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! #justanotherlinky

  8. Those last few weeks are always so tough. He will be here really soon though. I will pass along that useless phrase most people use "sleep now while you can". (Always thpught that was so pointless. It's not like you can bank sleep).
