- 5 Eggs.
Fry the onions & mushrooms a little with Fry Light.
Add to bowl then add the whisked eggs & add cheese (healthy A amount)
Mix all together.
Cook in oven for roughly 15-20 minutes.

Peel & Cut potatoes into chips.
Spray Fry Light on pan and over chips.
Cook in oven for 20-30 minutes.
