Slimming World Quiche & Chips.

You probably know that I am a member of Slimming World, well the past 2-3 weeks the SW Group I go to have been talking about Quiche's. Quite a few of my friends at the group have made some different quiche's and they have said it's really nice! So I decided to buy the ingredients and made some for tea for me and my partner. Oh my! It was absolutely beautiful. Perfect food for this weather, I cut it into quarters, but we both ended up having half each as it was so tasty! I had Slimming World Chips, cucumber and tomato with mine and my partner had a sandwich and pickled onions with his. Here is the recipe:





Ingredients
- 5 Eggs.
- Mushrooms.
- Onions.
- Cheese.

Method
Fry the onions & mushrooms a little with Fry Light.
Add to bowl then add the whisked eggs & add cheese (healthy A amount)
Mix all together.
Cook in oven for roughly 15-20 minutes.



Slimming World Chips Recipe.
Peel & Cut potatoes into chips.
Spray Fry Light on pan and over chips.
Cook in oven for 20-30 minutes.
Temp 180.
