30 Day Shred - DAY ONE

I really enjoy doing workouts at home and i'm always on and off doing it. This time I've decided to try the 30 Day Shred. I haven't got the DVD but you can watch it on YouTube for free which is what I do! There are 3 levels and you can find your 30 day shred chart on a search engine such as Google. There are few here that you can choose from.

 
I've not long done my first day and oh my god! It was really hard. I watched quick clips of the video yesterday and thought it was going to be a little bit hard but OK, I was wrong! I did struggle but after it I felt good and proud of myself. It's motivated me to stick to plan with Slimming World now too. I've struggled since coming home from Thailand but I really do need to get back into it. I am going to update every 7 days and show you the progress with photos and tell you all how I am feeling.

How do you feel?
The back of both legs are really acheing but that shows it's working. Even after just one 20 minute workout I feel refreshed and I feel determined and motivated. I am ready to get rid of these last few stones now. I'm really looking forward to what my results are going to be at the end.
