November is Prostate and Testicular cancer month. A month where most men will be growing their moustache to raise awareness of cancer. My partner has grown his moustache all through November for the past two years. An estimated 1 in 8 men in the UK alone will be effected by prostate cancer at some point in their life and most men are aged between 25 and 49 years old.
Cancer is a horrible disease for anyone, man, woman, child and babies. It has been proven that if you move more then it can help prevent cancer. You don't have to move around a lot, just those extra 30 minutes a day may make a huge difference and improve your health.
I have taken up the challenge to move 30 minutes a day with a pack that Discount Supplements have provided me with, which includes a pedometer which counts all my steps. Walking to school every day equals about 80 minutes a day but on the weekends I don't move half as much as what I do in the week. So I will be making sure that I move at least 30 minutes on Saturday and Sundays too.
If you would like to take part and show support - DO IT because everybody person that takes part and posts a website link they will donate £10 to Movember. You can see the fundraising website here.
