Messy Oreo Chocolate and Caramel Apples | Recipe

The girls and I love baking and when I saw a video on Facebook the other week, I really wanted to make these. It's perfect for kids during Halloween time instead of the full sticky toffee apple or you can just make them for a treat or snack. It was so easy and simple to make, but very messy! Here's a quick post to let you know what you need and what you need to do to make these simple but tasty messy Oreo chocolate and caramel sliced apples.

What you need:
Cooking chocolate
Caramel sauce
Mixing bowls
Oreo {or any other topping}

What to do:
Slice your apples
Melt your chocolate and soften your caramel {heat it for 15 seconds}
Dip and cover apple slices with chocolate one by one
Drizzle caramel over the covered apple slices
Add your crunched topping

* Tip: You could add a stick at the bottom of each apple slice to make it an apple chocolate pop!

Ideas of other toppings:
Digestive biscuits
