Bring Christmas To Your Living Room

Christmas is a special and magical time for many people. I for one abosoloutely love Christmas. I love spending it with mine and my partners families and most of all I love spending it in the comfort of my own home with my own little family. Each year for Christmas I always try to bring that Christmas feeling into our living room. There are many ways you can do this but of course there needs to be a Christmas tree! No living room is complete at Christmas without a tree, right?


Decorations - Adding decorations to the living room will definitely bring that Christmas feeling. Adding tinsel, a Christmas tree with other small decorations such as a card holder, snowman figures. These will sure bring you to the Christmas spirit.

Lighting - Christmas is in winter and we all love the dark evenings where we can snuggle up on the sofa with heating up and the lights dimmed low. Having a floor lamp is great for that cosy evening. You could also have LED candle lights or the traditional 12 Christmas candles. Just think how lovely that would be on Christmas eve?

Comfort - Get cosy for Christmas! Buy some Christmas throws and cushions. Cosy up on the sofa with a Christmas throw and Christmas cushions around you, watching some Christmas films.

Other things you could do to bring Christmas to your living room is add some tinsel along your window sill, door and around the TV and also around some photo frames too, maybe? Of course, you will need a Christmas tree to complete that Christmas look in your living room. It's not Christmas without a Christmas tree - I don't think! Get some coloured or white lights along with some tinsel and baubles too.

    I love all the christmas posts popping up now! This is definitely my favourite time of year. These accessories are beautiful too, they are not all over the top they just add a lovely sophisticated christmassy feel to your house. I love the cushion :) #binkylinky
