My First BornSunday, 17 April 2016
Mia is my first born. My eldest and still my baby girl. She is a big sister to two little girls, Elliw and her sister on her Dad's side. She will now be a big sister to a little boy in July and she is starting to be very excited about meeting him. She loves asking about him and asking when will he arrive and so on. She is so interested in knowing about him.
When I fell pregnant at the age of 16 it really did change my life. But for the better. I did get a job when Mia was 5 months old and I really miss working. However, I enjoy my blog work and being able to stay home with my babies. Although can be hard work, I do appreciate that I can be a stay at home Mum to my girls and soon to be son too.
When I gave birth to Mia I had to grow up quickly. I lost a lot of friends. I had to learn a lot of new things. I had no idea labour was going to be as hard as it was - in fact I had no clue what so ever. I had no idea I was going to struggle badly in the first few weeks, but thankfully my Dad was a fantastic support and helped me so much.
But one thing I did learn quickly, was to love my little girl. The love for your child is unbreakable and unexplainable. From the minute I saw her on the first scan kicking away, I instantly fell in love and when she was put in my arms for the first time, I fell in love all over again. No words can even describe how amazing that feeling is.
I do feel a bit sad that I didn't get so much time with Mia by herself. She had 2 years of being an only child until Elliw came along, but looking back now I am glad they have a close age gap as I love them growing up together and hopefully they will still be close and help each other out when they are older.
Mia has grown so much. She is really clever in her maths, writing and a lot of other things. She loves playing teachers and to be the boss! Her attitude can be really bad at times when she is in a certain mood but other than that, she is the most loving little girl ever. Very protective over Elliw and I am sure she will be the same with her little brother from July onwards.
Mia can learn things pretty quickly. She absolutely loves writing and telling stories. She loves going outdoors and running around and climbing. She is such an hilarious little girl too, she's always done some really funny things since she was a baby. She has changed me so much, but I am glad she has. She is the one who made me to who I am today and I thank her for it.
Mia, my amazing little girl. Her confidence is growing so much and so quickly. She loves playing rugby and I am so damn proud of her and her development the past 6 years. I can not wait to see how she will be when Baby boy arrives. She is going to be amazing, just like Elliw will be.
