19th July 2014 was Mia's last day being in part-time time. Everyone has been asking recently 'oh mia is in full time September yeah?' and I always replied jokingly 'yeah I cant wait'. Looking back now, I wish I hadn't said that because when it actually came to her last day, it hit to me that I was the last time ever that I was taking her to dinner club. It really did hit, I felt sad inside. My first baby girl is growing up way too fast. Where has my 8lbs 9oz little girl gone?
She will be 5 years old in December. I still can't get over the fact that she will be in school 9am until 3pm in September. I am actually looking forward to the holidays now so I can have both my little girls all to myself.
The day before she broke up from school she brought home all her school work. I loved looking at them. For her last day there was a Disney Themed Party and she decided she wanted to dress up as Elsa from Frozen. She looked as beautiful as ever. My little princess.
Ah, bless her! It is sad, isn't it? The end of an era, though I'm sure she'll be happy at school.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so lovely. My little one has just finished reception and I'm not sure where the time has gone to be honest - it's just flown!
