I love baking with the girls. I think it's a great time to bond and you get a tasty treat at the end of it. Mia loves baking cupcakes and Elliw loves baking cookies! Last year I baked a few cakes for certain occasions for family and they all complimented the cakes by saying it was lovely. This year I've slacked a bit but I am lucky one of my friends is a cake baker so I can just ask her.

I have a new giveaway for all you lovely people. One lucky reader has chance to win a mix of 5 products from Betty Crocker. If you would like to enter then please read the Terms and Conditions first before entering via Rafflecopter below!

This Giveaway ends Sunday 5th July 2015 at 11.59pm (UK TIME). The Winner will be selected at random via Rafflecopter and then checked too see if they have entered properly. If there is any 'cheats' then you will be disqualified from this giveaway. For example; if you enter that you have visited my Facebook page but haven't then you will be disqualified. Winner will be contacted via e-mail within 48 hours of giveaway ending. Winner will have up to 7 full days to respond before a new winner is selected. I will then contact the company and they will e-mail you to confirm your address for you to receive your prize. This is a free prize so no purchase is required. I was not paid to run this giveaway.

    Ohhh I love baking lots! Cupcakes, tartlets, quiches, scones - I am forever baking! I probably most enjoy baking cupcakes though as I love to decorate them!

    I love to bake with Betty Crocker actually. I love the brownies and more recently discovered the chocolate cake one and frosting is amazing.

    I recently made a layered jaffa cake, it's a german method of layering batter, then grilling it, layer by layer. By god it took forever, but it was the best cake i've ever made. My favourite thing ever now :)

    I love to bake..my latest project apart from family brownies etc is the Leavers Cake for the Year ^ party at my daughter's school! I also bake cupcakes for the school fetes where we have a 'Decorate a cake' stall - use Betty Crocker frosting as a base for kids to pile sweets onto. Always goes down a storm....they love it!!
