Family Get Together {The Ordinary Moments}

We went out for a meal last Thursday to celebrate my partners Aunty and Uncle's wedding anniversary. It was a lovely change. My partners Mam and Dad were there too. The girls were super excited to go and knew what they wanted for food straight away. My partners Mam came over a few hours before and showed the girls the two new outfits she had bought them. They were matching tops and jeggings, and so adorable. They couldn't wait to get changed into them.

As they were behaving I painted their nails and let them use some of my lipstick to go out. They loved it and couldn't wait to show their new outfit, nails and lips off to everyone. Usually when we go out it can be a bit stresfull but this particular evening was calm. The girls were very well behaved and that made me calm. I got a bit too comfortable where I was sitting and could of easily fallen asleep - the joys of pregnancy! However, I was itching a lot whilst I was there. The joys of Cholestasis!

The girls were brilliant and even ate all their food, which was a change for Elliw. She can be a really fussy eater. Mia asked us all some Math questions after dessert and showed off that she could do a lot of mathematics! She showed and proved to us that she is really clever. So proud of her. It was such a wonderful evening and a good laugh too.

After the meal we decided to go out for a spin in the car. The girls were quite confused at first but they both started to enjoy looking out of the window at the scenery. I would of loved to stop by the beaches we had past but I knew the girls would of wanted to go out {it was 8pm!}. So we decided to just carry on driving and in the end we ended up home. It was really nice to have that stress free evening meal out at a restaurant.
