After binge eating over the festive holidays many people's new year resolution is to start eating healthy. Weight Watchers have a great range of meals that go with their plan. To join their weight loss plan of eating healthily and loose weight the right way, you can join online or at your local group. Weight Watchers have a new range of chilled foods in most supermarkets such as Asda and Morrisons. The new packaging stands out more than their previous packaging which makes it easier to find when you shop. The packaging is now aligned with SmartPoints plans and a range of NoCount meals.

These Weight Watchers chilled ready meals are perfect for people who have a busy lifestyle. It's great to be able to stick a meal in a microwave for a few minutes and still be on plan to lose weight. These chilled meals are perfect for any Weight Watchers members, anyone who wants to eat healthily and anyone who calorie-counts.

I was given the No Count Spanish Chicken and Bean Stew and their best seller ready-meal Aromatic Chicken Tikka with basmati rice to try out and I was overall pleased with both. Both meals didn't feel like you were on a weight loss plan or healthy eating. They were both very delicious and my favourite had to be the Chicken Tikka. As a Mum of 3 I'm constantly busy through out the day and I decided to have these meals on days that I knew I didn't have time to stand in front of a cooker and cook from scratch.

Aromatic Chicken Tikka with Basmati Rice is available at Asda, Morrisons, Co-op and Ocado.
