ROXI - THE ELECTRIC JUKEBOX - FAMILY FUN

I've been a huge music fan ever since I was a little girl. In fact, my Dad has a photo of me that he snapped when he caught me singing and dancing on my bed - really embarrassing, but hilarious. My favourite band was STEPS and I still secretly listen to them now and then. When I was growing up, music was everything still. I would listen to music on my cd player and even the tv during the day. When I had my first daughter, Mia, I really hoped she would like music just as much as I did (and still do) and the same when I had Elliw too.

Mia's now at the age where she recognising more songs and has a few favourite songs and a band. Her favourite band is Little Mix, and she used to like a lot of Justin Bieber's songs last year or the year before when he had a few songs come out the same time. Both girls' favourite songs are; Little Mix - Shout Out To My Ex and Bruno Mars - Uptown Funk. They are actually both pretty good on remembering the lyrics of songs. Super cute listening to them.

When I was asked a couple of weeks ago if I fancied reviewing a ROXI, which is an Electric Jukebox, I instantly said yes as I knew it would be a great hit in this house. It was straightforward to set up, by putting the HDMI cable into the back of the tv. Then it was just setting the box up and connecting to Wi-Fi, which was simple. When you buy the ROXI, you get a free Premium Music Pass, which gives you 1 full year of unlimited music. There is no subscriptions, commitment or contracts. For the second year, it's only £52 which isn't too bad, especially for the amount of music you will get and the amount of fun too.

Since I have taken it out of the box, both girls have played with it most days. We've had a fun night one evening by playing a game called 'Name The Song'. The girls struggled a bit, but my partner and I had a lot of fun playing it. The girls have loved the karaoke part and love the massive range of music that's on it. You can also tune in to over 1000s of radio stations, 100s of playlists and 1000s of sing-along-tracks. There's a fab range of music, old and new.

ROXI comes in 3 colours, black, red and blue. We received the black one, and it goes well with our living room. The box isn't big so easy to put away if it's not in use. As said above, we've had so much fun using this and can't wait for Christmas as I know we're going to have a lot more fun and we will probably take it to our family members' houses too to enjoy with the rest of the family.

Have you got a ROXI?
