Gel-A-Peel Review

Mia has always shown an interest in art, design and creating her own things. When I got asked if we would like to review Gel-A-Peel, I was interested to see what designs Mia and Elliw would do. You can create your jewellery with Gel-A-Peel by their three easy steps: Design, Peel and Wear! The girls were super excited when they saw the box and couldn't wait to get started.

The box contained some templates to copy, but the girls wanted to their own. You design your jewellery on the plastic sheet you get in the box. The sheet is rolled up in the box, and you will have to put it under warm water and fold it the opposite way to flatten. Wait for it to dry then stick in on a flat surface with some tape to hold it down.

Once you're ready, there are five different gel colours. You need to make sure that the lines are thick, so it won't break when you peel. If you are using different colours, it is advised to wait about 10 minutes between each colour. But we did them all the same time; we just took extra care for the colours not to mix.

Mia made a necklace, while Elliw and I made a bracelet. The gel was easy to use, and there is a lot of gel included, so the kids can have fun as many times as they like. You can also purchase extra. There are so many different designs you can do with Gel-A-Peel such as different kinds of jewellery, phone cases, keyrings and even design your own headband. You have to wait around 15-20 minutes for the design to be dry so you can peel.

Overall; The girls enjoyed designing their own jewellery and can't wait to make other designs. They used their imaginations while designing their own personalised, unique jewellery. They couldn't wait to wear them, and of course, they were really proud of their jewellery once they got to wear them. I would recommend this product if you have a child who loves designing and loves jewellery. This will keep them busy for hours.

Design. Peel. Wear.
