As you may have seen my previous post about that I don't celebrate Easter and I never have done but I will always give something to the kids because at the end of the day they are kids and they deserve a treat (chocolate) at Easter don't they. Mia was in her Dad's house over the Easter weekend so I decided to keep hers and Elliw's baskets aside and give the baskets to them this morning once they woke up. They were over the moon when they saw the baskets and couldn't wait to open everything. We will be going for a walk after to go out for lunch with a friend and her 2 children and because it's a beautiful day I think it'll be well worth all the walking to get to the place we are going to.
Happy Easter Tuesday!

ReplyDeleteYou can't beat an Easter basket and the smiles on their faces says that! It's lovely out isn't it - enjoy your walk, and your lunch - and let's hope this nice weather hangs around! #sharewithme
ReplyDeleteAwww those baskets looks so much fun! I only have chocolates for my son and I wish I did something like this to make Easter more special. Next year I definitely will =)

Ahh they look so pleased with their easter baskets. I really was a bit lacking in my Easter fun this year as my mother had just been visiting us and left but next year I have so many fun filled ideas and plans for my two. Lovely post. Happy belated Easter. Thank you so much for linking up to Share With Me. Have a great weekend. #sharewithme
