I thought I would give you all a small tour of my house for the next few weeks. Let's start with Mia's bedroom. Mia and Elliw used to share a bedroom but they never settled together and it didn't help that Elliw never settled in bed and always fell asleep on the floor. We decided to move Mia into the smallest bedroom, that used to be a playroom. I think back now and I really don't know the reason to why we decided to move her there.
Anyway, back to the post. I cleared Mia's bedroom out the other day. I had forgotten how much things I had put away under her bed. Finally, it is all sorted now and it is totally clear under her bed now. As you can probably guess, once I finished the room both girls came running in wanting to empty toy boxes! Can you guess what I did? Told them to get out and I closed the bedroom door! Ha Ha.
As you can see, Mia loves her teddies. Even at bedtime she will ask to get more teddies and toys from the playroom! I have no idea how she sleeps with this amount of teddies on her bed. I think I will have to put a shelf up to keep half of them off her bed.
This table and table lamp are new buys for Mia's bedroom. The bedside table was from Ikea and was only £5. The table lamp was from Asda for only £3.50! So glad I found these bargains. She has always wanted a bedside table and lamp and these are just perfect for her.
There you go! That is Mia's bedroom! Hope you enjoyed her Bedroom Tour.

ReplyDeleteThank You Nigel! There is still a lot to do in the room. I need to choose a colour to put on one or all 4 walls to make it more girly!

ReplyDeleteA lively room, fit for any teddy loving princess. We've recently put a limit of two teddies in bed now as the eldest would be squished in.

ReplyDeleteahh looks lovely i do love peeking into others homes gives some great inspiration! thanks for sharing on #sundaystars
ReplyDeleteI love how light and bright the room is. My daughter M is the same way with her stuffed toys. Her father says she's comforted by clutter. Funny thing is, she sleeps with her sister most nights; the nights she sleeps alone, it's because she's had a big argument with her sister about making room for the humans among the toys!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking with #TwinklyTuesday!
