I called you a snob because you judged a child by calling them a 'scruff' because the child was wearing a pink/white minion t-shirt with white and blue stripped shorts.
I called you a snob because you admitted that you are {near enough!}
I called you a snob because you are one.
I wasn't the only one who thought you were a snob. Many others did too.
But in return, you call my girls a scruff.
Why pick on a 3 and a 5 year old? 2 innocent little girls, who can not defend themselves.
It's people like you that make me worried about the future for my girls.
Judgemental vile human beings like you.
You told me "Don't give if you can't take back"
I can take back, just take it out on me instead of my girls.
Funny thing was, you are a mother of two girls.
I didn't and would never say anything badly about your girls.
Where and how did it all start?
On a NEXT Preview Facebook group. Someone asking opinion of their child's SHOES. But guess what happened? Many members started commenting about the outfit. Saying the outfit was CRINGE, saying they would never buy that, telling her they hope she isn't going to wear that outdoors. This woman who posted the photo asked for opinions on the shoes, not the outfit.
Now, the child looked old enough to be independent enough to choose her own clothes.
Being a mum to a 5 year old little girl, she loves picking her clothes.
As a Mother of two innocent little girls, I felt I needed to stick up for this mother who posted this photo.
Why are such snobby people commenting the word cringe {and a lot worse comments too!} about a child's outfit?
My girls are not fashion dolls and they are not my fashion accessories.
They are my daughters.
My children are well dressed, they are clean, polite, funny, well cared for, loved and beautiful.
Anyone who calls my girls any names, be prepared for the b*tch to come out!
But I didn't give her the satisfaction for long, because Facebook has that lovely button.
The block button.
That vile woman is now sitting at number 28 on my block list.
You are not better than us.
Because at the end of the day, we all live the same ground, and we all end up in the same sized box when our time is up. So why act better than everyone else?
You did right! You have to love the Block button.....hehehe
ReplyDeleteYou know the other person has lost the argument when all they can come with is to insult children! Some people need to seriously get over themselves! #effitfriday

She called your child a scruff? Who does she think she is - bloody Margot from the good life? She definitely needs a good poke in the eye! #effitfriday
ReplyDeleteWhat a nasty piece of work, I wonder what has gone wrong in her life to make her so miserable. Gotta love the block button!
ReplyDeleteWhy? Why would anyone do that to a child? I think the worst comment I would EVER make would be - oh who dressed themselves this morning? Which is what kids DO!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking to #effitfriday and good for you for blocking!
