My Fresh Start

So then, I decided it was time for me to face up to the scales last night and just go back to group (Slimming World). I am going to be totally honest, when I saw the number on the scales I felt like scrunching up into a ball and just cry. I was just so upset.

 This photo was taken in August 2013 when i was a size 20 and i had already lost a bit of weight.
Don't ask me why i thought it was a good idea to wear a white vest top showing all my flab, i actually thought i looked ok HA HA!
 The photo with me wearing a leopard top is before i started Slimming World and at my heaviest. I was in a size 20/22 at that time

When I woke up this morning I thought there is no point in being upset, just get on with it and start loosing it instead of worrying over it. I think the main part(s) that upset me the most was I am now back to the weight I was 2nd April LAST YEAR! and I the sickest part is I have gained 1 stone since coming back from Thailand, how sick is that? Although I know my body figure and shape has changed to what I was last year it still makes me feel upset and sick that after my hard work I have gained so much in so little time. My lightest was 13 stone 10lbs and now I am back to 15 stone 1lbs. I NEVER wanted to see that 15 stone again but it's back and I have to work at it to get out of it.

So this is where the 'Fresh Start' comes. I decided to start a brand new page in my Slimming World Book instead of re-joining because I don't want too loose out on what I've lost already but this time I am going to stick on my weight loss on my blog too and see if that helps me keep on track. Another thing I will need to get back into also is posting what I eat on my Instagram Page as that helped me before so i think it may be best to try again. The most i had lost was 3 stone 4lbs so i really want to get back to that asap.

So here it goes, this is the part i will update every week;

Start Weight - 17stone 3.5lbs.
Current Weight - 15stone 1lbs.

Total Loss So Far - 2stone 2lbs.

S I Z E
Started; Size 20/22 tops and trousers.
Current; Size 16 in tops and in some trousers, depends where i shop.


Next Weeks Goals
# Eat more speed foods such as fruit.
# Drink green tea before bed every night or atleast 5 out 7 nights.
# Cut portion size.
# Stick to SW meals.
# Try Success Express/SP Plan atleast 2 or 3 days.
# Stop snacking and snack on the right things.
# NO Chocolate at all
# Loose what i gained
# Stop snacking on the kids leftovers on the plate.
# Stop giving in to the wrong foods.
# Drink more

    1. I have gained a STONE since I have come back from holiday. I feel sick. But I think doing SOME workouts in between has helped me not go back to the shape/figure I was before!! Thank god!

    1. Oh are you?! Good luck! I've been on it 2 years in May. Long time and it's been a rollercoaster ride, I think back sometimes and think I should have just stayed to the plan a lot more and I would of lost it quicker! But life gets in the way doesn't it! Looking forward to follow your SW journey! x

  6. At least you're back on it. You know you've let things slide but you're addressing that now.
    I lost 3.5 stone before my wedding but quickly put a stone back on then got pregnant again and found myself finally getting back to class just short of three years after my wedding and weighing 2.5 stone more than I did on my wedding day. How did I let that happen? Anyway, just wanted to say, we all do it I guess x
