Don't ask me why i thought it was a good idea to wear a white vest top showing all my flab, i actually thought i looked ok HA HA!

So this is where the 'Fresh Start' comes. I decided to start a brand new page in my Slimming World Book instead of re-joining because I don't want too loose out on what I've lost already but this time I am going to stick on my weight loss on my blog too and see if that helps me keep on track. Another thing I will need to get back into also is posting what I eat on my Instagram Page as that helped me before so i think it may be best to try again. The most i had lost was 3 stone 4lbs so i really want to get back to that asap.

# Stick to SW meals.
# Try Success Express/SP Plan atleast 2 or 3 days.
# Stop snacking and snack on the right things.
# NO Chocolate at all
# Loose what i gained
# Stop snacking on the kids leftovers on the plate.
# Stop giving in to the wrong foods.
# Drink more
